did-you-fist-me tagged me! <3 Thanks
I have a beauty mark on my forehead, it looks like a bump, but I love avoiding it when I put on make up.
I have four scars on my right hand, and I have used them through the years to get my right and left correct.
I used to tell everyone the truth when they asked about the scars; that I was doing the dishes whe I was 4 and I hurt myself with a cup. Then I got fed up and now I say that I got them in a fight.
The last film I've seen is "The Grand Hotel Budapest"
People think that I hate being touched. They are mostly right

In that case I need to drag you down the period drama hell along with me~ Try Persuasion and Emma as well, if you need something along the lines of P&P :)
Ooooh all right, thank you! ovo gosh there's just too much stuff to read and watch and there's never enough timeeeee
aaah I just watched Pride and Prejudice as well!~ You should also try the version from 1995, because more Mr. Darcy is always better :D
I'm a sucker for period movies, so yeah I think I might just do that ovo
Go on, look for those figures, brave soul! They're all creepy as hell! A friend of mine got me an invisible Bilbo Baggings and he looks sligthly like a tiny troll. Always worth the laugh^^
Oh god, tell me about it. I’d wanted to get the set with Kili & Fili last Christmas, but then I took one look at it & almost cried because it was so horrifyingly bad. I mean, I know I’m probably a bit spoiled by the Doctor Who figures I have because those are all pretty damn good likenesses of the characters/actors, but the company that’s making the Hobbit figures just did an inexplicably awful job.
Thankfully in this case, the… inaccuracy, shall we say, would be exactly what I’m hoping to find somewhere. ^_^
It’s almost funnier to me than the thing that happened when I was little where people mixed up the recordings for the talking Barbies with the ones for talking GI Joe dolls.
5 of you at once? I'm starting to feel like Bilbo did when all the dwarves were showing up at Bag End...
Except I'm actually happy to see you & you aren't cleaning out my pantry. trust me, there's nothing good in there anyway

It Would Appear That I Have Been Tagged
Tagged by: phd-in-horribleness
This tag is to get to know the person behind the blog better. As with any tagging game there are rules:
Rule 1 - Post the rules.
Rule 2 - Answer the questions the tagger set for you in their post and then make 11 new ones.
Rule 3 - Tag 11 people and link them to your post.
Rule 4 - Let them know you’ve tagged them.
Alors. Questions:
1. What’s the oldest memory you have?
I honestly have no idea, because I have a lot of memories and then none, and I do not remember things in chronological order, so instead I shall share one that was influential on me being me and all that stuff.
In third grade, we got to decide if we wanted to play a string instrument, and if so, which. We had an assembly and such so we could hear what they sounded like and looked like because some high schoolers would play them. I had already decided to play the violin, because it was the only string instrument I was fully aware of. But when the girl (her name as Brdiget, and she was really pretty, with bright red hair) started to play the viola, I just remember really liking it because it wasn't as screechy as the violin with its E string and not as low as the cello. And so I decided that that would be the instrument I would play. Et maintenant, 7 years later, I am still going strong, able to read only the viola/alto clef, pretty good, and a hell of a lot better than I was when I was learning to play the viola.
Also, my viola is now a full 4 inches bigger than my first. Because violas are measured in inches, not half size and all that.
2. What’s your favorite smell?
Hm. Well really, I think that it would be a combination of new textbooks, old books, lavender, and that really epic smell right after it rains.
3. If you could pick one song to illustrate your life, what would it be?
Well, my musical knowledge is somewhat limited, which is a bit ironic, but probably "The Circle of Life" from The Lion King, because it's all quiet and about all the stuff you have to do. And I am quiet and have about 50 things I want to do with my life.
4. What’s one skill that you desire to have?
This might be a bit generic, but the ability to express myself a bit better. I'm a fairly good writer, for school stuff at least, but I always feel stupid writing about how I feel, and I literally cannot draw - the last time I tried to draw a horse someone thought it was an apatosaurus - and although I can play my viola fairly well, I have trouble improvising and all my sheet music that isn't a harmony is just kind of meh. So instead I just kind of stuff everything inside, which normally ends badly when I get too full, metaphorically speaking. Yeah.
5. What’s your favorite fandom that you’ve been a part of?
Well, Sherlock was my first legit fandom, and I've only really seen the nice part, so I believe that it would be that. I've been a Potterhead since first grade, but I just kind of worshiped on my own, if you know what I mean.
6. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you visit?
Does the TARDIS count? No? Fine. Then I would probably say either London or Paris - I've been to both places and I feel the same sense of comfort there that I get when I'm with my friends at a sleepover or something. Plus the English side of my family would be closer, and I don't see them very often.
7. If you visit any event/period of time in history, when would you go?
HOLY SHIZBANG HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO CHOOSE?! If it was strictly visiting, not living, then probably ancient Egypt and ancient Greece, at around the time when Greece took over Egypt and the whole Library of Alexandria thing existed. Because, you know, THAT'S MY LIBRARY and those eras have always fascinated me.
8. If you could live in one book (Or series), which one would it be?
Harry Potter. Need I say more?
9. How the weather?
I am going to assume you mean how is. Bleh. It was raining earlier today, I think, so it is all grey and gloomy and wet outside, and it is in the 50s or something (in Fahrenheit) so it's a bit cold as well. But all the trees have gone green with their leaves and such so it is very colorful.
10. How did you learn about and join Tumblr?
I learned about Tumblr from Pintrest over the summer, and then over winter vacation I started watching Sherlock to shut Maggie up and thought 'holy shizbang this is fantastic' and then Madeleine sent me the URL to her tumblr (fabulouslyfangirl) and then one Thursday I was intensely bored so I made a tumblr (I think it was February) and here I am. This was all this year.
11. What’s one thing that’d you pass on to someone looking for advice from you?
Well. I'm crap at advice and people, and normally when confronted with consoling people go really sarcastic and cynical and start making jokes that really aren't very funny, but I would have to say that life's a lot easier when you have a couple of friends who you know and trust intimately, and vice versa. You don't have to tell them everything, but it helps to know that there will always be someone who cares and wants to listen. Also, DON'T BLINK.
Ok. My questions now. They go as followed:
1. What is on your desk right now (briefly, of course)?
2. Is there any one person who has particularly influenced you, or a bunch of people?
3. What do you feel you are the best at? Like a special skill or something.
4. Infinity and nothingness are the two hardest concepts for the human brain to grasp. Discuss.
5. Do you believe in true love at first sight?
6. What is your favorite flower/plant?
7. What is your favorite part about your room?
8. What was the best day of your life?
9. Where do you go when you want to think? Or do you think out loud to people?
10. Name one thing (not person, animal, or insect, thing) you could not live without.
11. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE WORD? YES I KNOW IT'S IN ALL CAPS, THIS IS AN IMPORTANT QUESTION.
