you know it wasn’t very often that mugen go to indulge in a good springs visit. months below the surface in the dark corners of the maggots nest left her buried in carrying out work she, while admittedly adored doing, sacrificing idle pleasures her companions above otherwise took to everyday. like, this hot spring, for example, she slipped her body into it’s warm embrace and there she went, practically falling asleep with her arms folded on the stone ledge, floor length hair put in the sloppiest bun she could manage, and scarred eyes closed shut in absolute bliss.
so yeah, when the sudden sound of footsteps slapping against the cobblestone jarred her from her snoozing and the shrill screaming of other poor shinigami not at all prepared for a full grown man to enter the girls hot springs, and that man being none other than kenpachi zaraki of the eleventh division? nothing could prepare her for the violent mass evacuation of the springs leaving only herself tiredly looking up at the captain with one eye open, and the captain who was... apparently bleeding? interesting.

there’s a long and heavy groan, standing up and leaving a trail of water behind her, not at all bothered by the concept of being naked in front of this man whatsoever having a feeling he could’ve cared less, but the fact her date with relaxation was ruined? he owed her. she makes it clear with the way she tosses her robe at his body to keep himself from creating a puddle himself beneath his feet.
