to me, oneyarcade symbolizes chris' newfound comfort in himself, a casual, fwb relationship with someone who doesnt gaf about what people think, would never make him feel ashamed or that his attraction/sexuality is "wrong", and it doesnt really affect their friendship. dave's openness and acceptance of both himself and chris eases insecurities that plagued chris in the past and he finally feels free.
