I've been ironing out my specific headcannons for awhile now and its SUCH a fun concept to play with, especially considering all the ghost shit.

Uh... Is there like a coronation or something for oni royalty? How do oni treat their royalty specifically? Is there some sort of dress code or behavior that's needed?

especially in your early days of royalty, it’s expected for you to accept every single duel that comes your way. I had to suffer the same fate. You’ll be expected to treat fights even with young oni importantly, and to give it your all. It’ll stop usually within a month, but it can be tough. Since you aren’t ruler yet, the stakes aren’t actually that high, it’s more of a tradition.

The oni might not love your curved horns. But they had to look past my golden ones as well, so hopefully they’ll get used to it. If you’re offered horn jewelry, take it, and wear it. These some old royal robes I have? Most of them are pretty basic, with these really detailed golden embellishments. I don’t wear them every day though, so it’s not a big deal. I’m sure you’ll have either made, or find a set for you to wear. A dragon-wing cape will be found or created for you as well. Generally some sort of dragon item. (Skull headpiece, horns, claw blade.) not sure,,,how Arin will feel about it…but it’d be incredibly rude to reject.

the oni will high high expectations of strength. They’ll drag you out for dances, or fights, or hunts, especially if you only spend a limited amount of time here.
