July 13, 2017 It’s Yohane’s birthday!!

I welcome this day.

I wondered what I should do to celebrate I’ve always thought about it

I even thought about Cosplaying Yohane completely and perfectly (laughs)

Or making a magic square cookie.

It was like fate that Gema-kun also had his birthday together with her So I thought about making a Gema-kun cake too… (Gema-kun is Numazu GAMERS’ official mascot)

But.

I was looking at Twitter

I saw many cute sides of Yohane, And all the love to her That kept on increasing.

I was really happy. It was as if it was personal.

As I thought. I had to go!

As if it was fate, I had the day off On Yohane’s birthday.

As if it was fate, my family also had the day off.

I had to go to Numazu!! My heart ended up feeling that way.

I went with my family!

I’ve always, always, always Wanted to explore this place with my family!

I brought them along… I’ve always wanted to take them here.

Numazu!

I felt bouncy With the feeling of introducing them to it And pride towards it.

It was really great That I went during Yohane’s birthday!

Everyone in lovely handmade yukatas.

They’re really cute.

Even Yohane’s special rain Poured within Numazu.

I wondered if everyone was going to be alright.

As for me, The rain makes me sad And I don’t like getting wet So to pump myself up, I rolled up my hair.

“This is already expected from Yohane,” I ended up feeling this way.

(laughs)

I also heard that The shark sleeping bag was announced While in the Numazu Suruga Bay rest area.

The timing was perfect.

Then lightning struck the rest area And unbelievably, a blackout happened All the little demons Looked like they got really excited…

Oh…

Even in Yohane’s misfortune, A miracle happened…

Just as expected!! The mark of a little demon! I received it! Somehow.

Even small misfortunes Can become happiness. Somehow.

Because I met Yohane I encountered A lot of misfortunes (laughs)

Naturally, I ended up enjoying it (laughs) Thank you.

Ahh It really brought about a miracle…

I felt the twines of fate with Yohane All the way to the mountains!

Right after I arrived at Numazu A downpour started, and right after I bought an umbrella It dissipated.

I went to visit the Izu-Hakone train And when I saw the Yohane front plate It stopped Right in front of me.

Hey. So good.

While I was exploring town I also encountered An Aqours bus.

On the way home A Yohane taxi Passed in front of me.

It’s… really true!

The me right now Is all for the sake of meeting this fallen angel.

I will think that way from now on.

And so I really do want to visit Every year once again.

My current dream Is to fulfill lots of wishes together with Yohane.

For that reason I will do my best.

Q. Why did you become a voice actress, and what are your current ambitions? "The same voice actresses performed as different characters in different works, and I was interested in being able to go to a lot of places and time periods. I want to share in the regular experience of ‘fun’ together with everyone as Aqours!”

Q. What’s your favorite Aqours song? “Aqours’ newest single ‘HAPPY PARTY TRAIN’. It’s a song with Kanan as the center, and it also voices a lot of my feelings.”

Q. Why did you become a voice actress, and what are your current ambitions? "After I saw Hidamari Sketch, I started aiming to become a voice actress. I also liked foreign dramas, so I wanted to perform more as many types of characters.”

Q. What’s your favorite Aqours song? “‘Todokanai Hoshi da to Shite mo’. The title is like that of a ballad, but it’s a rock song, and I like that gap.”

Q. Why did you become a voice actress, and what are your current ambitions? "I learned about this genre while acting and dubbing for Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters. From now on, I want to go and continue working hard in live-action filming, anime and gravure.”

Q. Why did you become a voice actress, and what are your current ambitions? "I came across the work of a voice actress through Gintama, and I wanted to become a voice actress. I want to continue acting without deviating from my core as a voice actress.”

Q. Why did you become a voice actress, and what are your current ambitions? "I wanted to become an anisong singer, so I entered this world. I want my singing to reach more and more people as Aqours!”

"My friend said to me, ‘Your voice resembles that character’s’, so I got an interest in voice actors, then I wanted to try to dub by myself. I want to become a voice actress who surprises people with the gap between me and my characters!”

AikyanBlog 2017.06.11 SIF Thanksgiving Festival 2017!

Hello everyone. Thank you very much for SIF Thanksgiving Festival 2017!

Continuing after last year, I joined in after the day before And I’m happy that I got to see a lot of exhibits!

I especially got close to Shiitake.

I took a picture with Yohane 😈

Next year’s SIF Thanksgiving Festival 2018 was also announced, and I hope that I can take part in the pre-event too~~ ( ´•ω•` )!

Also… On 10th June, the 1st day, The subunit battle finals were held!!

Guilty Kiss got 1st Just like I had hoped!!

Team ONIBE is taking donations for printing Aqours call guides for AX!

Hi everyone! I’ll be speaking as a representative from Team ONIBE for this post!

Following the success of the Aqours 1st Live call guides, we are opening up donations to print off a whole new batch for Anime Expo’s Anisong World Matsuri: Japan Kawaii Live! If you attended the Live Viewing in Singapore, San Diego, Los Angeles, Dallas, Fairfax, NYC, Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver, then you might’ve noticed someone handing these out! And now, to commemorate Aqours’ first live performance outside of Japan, we will be taking part in a collaborative effort with fans from Idolm@ster: Cinderella Girls, Wake Up Girls!, and Walkure to distribute call guides for all the series before the live starts, so to make this a memorable experience for both fans and performers.

But what do we need?

To cover the cost of printing 500+ call guides, we need your help! It will cost anywhere from $600 to $1500 depending on how many we print, so if you would like to donate, please donate through PayPal at [email protected] via the friends/family gift option to avoid money from being lost to fees. But if that doesn’t work, you can also use this link or this one to send your donations.

What’s in it for donators?

We’ll set aside copies of the books for anyone who donates $5 or more! Right now, we are still contacting AX about the logistics for distribution on the day of, but any updates will definitely be posted onto the ONIBE Twitter, so look out for any updates as to where we will be located at there! 

Right now, our goal is to print 500 call guides at the very least, which costs around $600, so every donation counts! If we get extra money, we’ll use it to print even more call guides, so that more people can receive copies! All current donations are publicly available here. Even if you can’t donate, please help us spread the word so as to improve everyone’s experience at the first overseas Aqours live performance!

Yesterday, 4 of us represented Aqours and took the podium in the Seiyuu Awards.

We Aqours won the award in the Singing category… I really still can’t believe it!! In truth, it is because I set out on the path of a seiyuu that the Seiyuu Awards have always been my secret dream. I never told anyone about this really big dream, But after that day passed, I still can’t believe that I stood on that stage that I looked up to, and I’m still excited. My dream really came true, huh, which I thought about deeply. (laughs) I’m really happy that I was able to make this dream come true together as part of the 9 members of Aqours.

Once again, I want to convey my feelings of thanks from my heart towards the other members, all the staff supporting us, and all the fans who have cheered us on. Thank you, thank you very much. For the sake of living up to this award, I must try even harder than I have ever had before!

And without getting fixated on any specific goal, Aqours will keep on running full speed ahead from now on!
