Ingredients: 2 hoagie rolls. 1 lb thinly sliced beef steak. 2 cups sliced bell peppers. 1 cup sliced onions. 8 slices provolone cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the skillet. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, saut until tender, about 5 minutes. Push vegetables to one side of the skillet, add beef slices, season with salt and pepper. Cook beef until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Divide beef into portions, top with slices of provolone cheese. Cover skillet until cheese is melted. Split hoagie rolls and lightly toast them. Fill each roll with beef, peppers, and onions mixture. Serve hot and enjoy!
