A tasty fajita burger with guacamole, sauted bell peppers, and onions on top that tastes just like fajitas. It's a burger with a Tex-Mex twist.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet fajita seasoning mix. 4 burger buns. 1 cup guacamole. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper. 1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper. 1/2 cup sliced onion. Lettuce leaves for garnish. Tomato slices for garnish. Sour cream for garnish. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put the ground beef and fajita seasoning mix in a bowl and mix them together. Make 4 burger patties by mixing the ingredients well. Some salt and pepper should be added to the burger patties. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Toast the burger buns on the grill until they are just barely crispy while the burgers are cooking. The red and green bell peppers and onions should be sauted in a different pan until they are soft and mostly caramelized. Put some cheddar cheese on top of each burger patty after it's done cooking and let it melt a bit. Spread guacamole on the bottom half of each toasted bun before putting the burgers together. Put a lettuce leaf on top of the guacamole, then a burger patty with cheese that has melted on top of that. The bell peppers and onions that have been sauted should be put on top of the burger patties. If you want, you can add tomato slices and sour cream. Finish by adding the other half of the toasted bun on top. Your Fajita Burger with Guacamole is now ready to be served! With your favorite fries or chips, you can enjoy your tasty fajita burger.
