FIRST: Alternia or Beforus or some type of AU? Lullay is from my AU Alternia, but none really effect him so, eh

Name: Lullay Oniron

Namesake:Lullay is derived from the word Lullabye (It was his original name, ive grown really attached to it). Oniron comes from the root word of Oneirology, the study of dreams (I really loved that suggestion)

I do love this name a lot, Lullay Oniron… It has a nice flow to it that is good for a sleep-themed character. 

Age: 7 Sweeps / 17 Years

Gender:Agender (He/They)

Strife Specibus: Melodykind. Lullays weapon is pacifistic in the sense that it wont kill anything, they have a music box that plays an enchanting song, it will put everyone within earshot to sleep, how deep the sleep is depends on how well the target can hear the song.

I love the music box idea a lot! 

Fetch Modus: None yet! I always struggle with these.

Since they like divination, they could like… have all their items in a little rune bag and pull them out depending on which they’re drawn to. Let fate decide what items they use! 

Blood color: Purple (Orchid) #55008B

That’s not canon purple blood color, but given you said this is an au I’ll let it slide.

Theme and Symbol: Lullay has 2 reoccurring themes, the first and most important (to me) being Sleep, their secondary theme centers around Magic, namely Spiritual Magic. Because of this I chose the Wiccan Blessing Symbol. The symbol resembles a crescent moon while having a strong tie towards his magic theme.

It’s certainly really cute, but it has a bit more form and less swoops than the usual purple sign… I think we can keep it, but I might edit it a bit when we get down to design!

Trolltag: somnolentTranscendence [SL]

Quirk: 

- Capitalization: All lowercase, except for Cs - Punctuation: Minimal, uses commas and ….. Frequently, as if they’re dozing off - Emotes: -u- , -_- , -n- - Extra: They dont type laughter, just smiley emotes!

You could also be cheesy and have them triple zzzs….

Special Abilities: Lullay has channeled the powers of their genetically granted chucklevoodoos into a much more positive outlet, Levitation. A power that is more subconsciously used than anything else, Lullay has the ability to levitate anything equal to or smaller than their own physical mass. This ability does put a bit of a strain on them, the larger the object and the longer they’re supporting it, the more energy it consumes. They also levitate while they’re sleeping, floating few feet above their bed, and occasionally around their hive, which adds to them being constantly tired

I Do love this, floaty and gentle, but I have another recommendation…. Since chucklevoodoos seem to involve the mind and dreams frequently, you might be able to pull in like, a little bit of Little Nemo energies. 

Which means floating could still be part of it, but imagine his dreams bleeding into reality a little, too. Stuff moving around and changing because of his chucklevoodoos. Dreamy visuals floating all around… 

Lusus: OwlMom, A 9ft White Owl with 3 Eyes. She wears a purple bandana around her neck that doubles as a hammock for lullay during long distance travel

OwlMom is fun, but there’s a rule that purples need half-land half-water critters for lusii. Maybe we could make her a Fishowl but more literally. An owlmom with webbed feet? Now I’m just picturing Delibird from pokemon… 

Hive:A very large tree hollowed into a one room treehive. The only entrance is very high up on the tree, making his lusus necessary for entrance. The only door is up very high on a large flat-topped branch they use as a front porch. The room is round, areas where branches come out of the trunk have been hollowed out to create a dining booth, a sleeping area, and a bathroom with a curtain. The room also has lots of windows with very thick curtains, as natural light is the only light he has. All of his furniture was made either by himself or his close friends.

Personality: Lullay is a gentle and pacifistic troll. They enjoy alone time and prefer one on one time with their friends as opposed to group activities. They enjoy acting as a mediator and assisting with conflict resolution, aiding in their desire for peace throughout Alternia. They’ve always admired Jadebloods motherly instincts, and have adopted the position of a caretaker. They are usually doting on those close to them and offer themselves out as a sort of therapist to those in need. They are generous, making quilts and other similar gifts when they feel the time is right. They are very emotionally centered and rarely ever lose control of situations. In their own times of emotional need, they turn to their lusus, as they have a very positive relationship with the beast. They also are very neutral in the majority of topics. They don’t consider their input to be all that important, and would much rather sit back and listen to what others are thinking. 

All in all Lullay is a drowsy troll with a very calming energy

I love this a lottt. An important fact we have to acknowledge, though, are that purplebloods have an inherent anger- we see it in both Gamzee and Eridan (but especially Gamzee). They’re violent castes and need rituals or ways to center themselves. Obviously the being tired probably helps Lullay, but you should add in here the ways in which they keep themself emotionally regulated. Maybe with prayer, maybe with meditation, maybe their dreams are soothing, maybe sleeping in Extra Strong Sopor. You just gotta have a way of handling it. 

Ancestor and Story:The Pacifier. A somewhat famous troll known for their unusual political standpoints and pacifistic nature. They were eventually killed at the hands of a very violent castemate who wasnt fond of them or their following

Interests: Spiritual Magic, Sewing, Reading, Divination, Coloring Books, Lusus Care, Kalimba, Stuffed Animals

Oh Kalimba is such a nice hobby for him to have.  Dislikes: Loud Music, High Energy Environments, Slam Poetry, Recuperacoons and Sopor Slime, Imperial Drones

Hemoloyalty:Lullay could care less about the hemospectrum, the only experience they have with it directly is from their small friendgroup, namely their goldblood moirail

Title: Heir of Void (Based off of Dahni’s classpect analysis)

Oh, I agree greatly esp based on the dream chucklevoodoo I added earlier, which would up the accuracy of this title tenfold. Passively changing the known/existant? Yep.

Land: Land of Haze and Expanses

Here I almost want to suggest the idea of bringing mobiles into the land… Big sleepy musical item spinning overhead. That wouldn’t change anything about the quest it’s just when I think of sleep and music I think of mobiles. 

Quest: LOHAE has been barren for decades, the only consorts remaining have hidden themselves away underground to hybernate and allowed a thick haze to settle over the land. Lullay must venture across the land to find the hidden consorts and bring the planet back to life. But each consort burrow is locked with a puzzle, increasing the difficulty of the quest

Dream Planet: Prospit Design:

Not much on this one! Just for stylistic consistency, I took out the ears (which were very cute). Other than that, it was mostly outline adjustments for readability. I added some stripes to the arms to better define those as separate entities and brightened up the accent color (if you’re gonna have an accent, might as well be really visible). 

I added some bags under the eyes, and, of course, sprited the symbol, which I kept mostly the same but made more Curly and connected. 

Shoeless designs still bug me, but I think it’s fair enough for him... But definitely consider giving him so slippers- it’d be inconvenient to run around shoeless on dangerous planets!
