It’s been amazing having all my focus on one thing now. My lifts have been improving and rest capitalised on my recovery which is allowing me to train more frequently. I will admit my diet is only 80-90% clean but I’m trying to keep my green fibrous vegetables in at least 2-3 meals of the day 🥗 I’m never lifting more than I can control and this has help improve technique and isolate the areas I’m trying to grow.
