With the same idea, Mrs. Jayashri Valmik Kshirsagar along with her daughter Mrs. Pramodini Kshirsagar-Tate have started their own establishment under the name of The Farmer Fresh. Their hands-on experience of being a mother, wife, and daughter, gives them an upper hand in understanding the requirements of a homemaker and also of a working woman. They are not only aware of the similar pattern of likes and dislikes between children, but are also well versed on how to fulfill the tasteful demands of other family members. If Mrs. Jayashri is the brains, then Mrs. Pramodini is the body of this establishment, together they create the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth towards fellow employees.
Their approach is a combination of both contemporary and modern ideas when it comes to the e-commerce business of perishable goods with an aim to give back the most to the farmers and eradicate the income problems faced by them.
Their packaging and supply have a hint of compassion and their customer service is managed by equally apathetic people. Mrs. Promidini mentioned, “we want to create an infrastructure that will have an impact on the farmers and people around us in a positive way, we want to take this establishment to each house with an enigmatic woman being the backbone of the family”. They aren’t alone in the process of supply and packaging as Mrs. Pramodini’s husband, Mr. Raj Tate is equally invested. He juggles between his own painting contractor business(V. S. Kshirsagar Painting Contractor) and is changing the norms by helping his mother-in-law and wife’s establishment to flourish.
Indeed this is a unique story of a strong woman who gave birth to another strong woman, and together they aim to provide the best to their customers as well as the farmers of the country. Re-starting their website on the 1st of May, these two are ready to spread their eternal love to those who deserve it, which is everyone.
