Give me some advice

alrighty. masterlist of advice:

Love: be yourself. don’t change yourself. and don’t settle. if you’re not happy, leave. 

Friendship: have fun. if your friends are causing you stress, or harm or anything like that, don’t hang out with them. your life is not devoted to making everyone else happy. you be happy, even if that means cutting people out of your life.

Family: try to be civil. with close family, such as parents and siblings, be kind and try to get along. you will have to have them in your life for a long time, however unfortunate that may be. with extended family, if you are really unhappy, try to get out of it sometimes, but never cut them out completely. with family, for whatever reason, always have to be in your life. why it’s like that, i dont understand, but it is. don’t forget them.

School: work hard. make friends. get involved in activities. find the activity, whether it be art, drama, sports, music, whatever. you will find friends in the places with things you love.
