Hi! How do I sign up to be a Beta and what credentials do I need? I'm a writer myself. Could you refer me to the guidelines/actual event we'd be writing or Beta-ing for?
Hello! Sign-up form for betas will go up on April 1st, along will author, artist, and pinch-hitter sign-ups. You’ll have to fill-out a few quick questions - give us your name or nickname, a working e-mail address, and some information about genres, ratings, pairings, etc that you like and will beta, and some info about things you absolutely will not want to read or beta.
Once you’ve signed-up, the mods will add you and all this info to the list of possible betas that will be published online on this blog and available to all authors, who can then go through it and contact a beta of their choosing.
And you would be, of course, betaing - or writing - for the Fullmetal Alchemist Big Bang 2016 challenge. You can read our Rules & FAQ section and our detailed Schedule post, which both contain vital info about this event.
