Owari no Seraph Curiousities - Dante's Inferno. An inspiration and its relation with the story
Today I was reading something related to Dante's Inferno, I must say that it's been a while since I read about it and something I noticed was this
Indeed, the Door itself is an sculpture of a famous artist Auguste Rodin, who was inspired on making this due to Dante Alhigeri's Divine Comedy.
The sculpture is titled as The Gates of Hell and I must say that this is a heavy inspiration from Kagami Takaya which was highly visible back in chapter 70

Of course, the door represents elegance but also something that labels a lot what Shikama Doji is and specially what he heavily hinted back in Chapter 79

The fact that Shikama Doji stated such thing is quite a resemblance to the 9 circles of hell specially if we consider that Shikama Doji is in fact the Devil himself.
