Is everyone that keeps coming and choosing dine-in and paying cash and making a fuss over mask by-laws not getting the same news I'm getting about the second wave and Ontario case numbers spiking or are they just too selfish to care because I'm starting to feel like I just hallucinated an entire pandemic and at this rate I'm just entirely convinced I'm gonna get covid thanks to people treating fast food like it's essential and yeah, potential permanent lung damage is exactly what my autistic ass needs, thanks guys.
Like fuck, we just broke the daily case number record less than a week after the last record and drive thru is backed up to the street and multiple people are coming in and sitting their kids down like it's a normal, pre-pandemic Friday. It feels like there is zero concern about our safety.
It all needs to be shut down again, not just "red zones get stronger restrictions" because there were Toronto people flooding my small town two hours away literally all summer and I think I overheard someone say they were here from Hamilton earlier, they're not gonna stay put, just shut it down. Reopening got rushed and this is worse than the first wave.
