After attending PAX Aus 2017 I was very excited for Super Nova. The first year I have been able to attend in my home city of Brisbane. I was very disappointed with Super Nova. The laneways were too narrow. This made moving through the expo difficult, slow and claustrophobic. The stalls were all retailers and there was very little to do if you were not interested in purchasing merchandise. PAX Aus is a more immersive experience with more fan service. If you can only choose one to attend, PAX is the right choice. On a positive note I did pick up two awesome prints.
