On the 14th of September 2014, I first made my way down to Preston to start my uni journey. It’s fresh after my sisters wedding and my Grandmother’s passing and I had never heard of Preston or even UCLan. I hadn’t done as well as I needed to get into my first or back-up choices for pharmacy, so after a bit of stress, clearing took me over 200 miles up north to start again. I started my foundation year in applied sciences with no idea whether I would pass and make it onto the pharmacy course, but I tried my hardest and got there. Then began what is probably 4 of the weirdest and tiring years of my life, my MPharm degree. Throughout my time at university I’ve met great friends who have struggled with me through this journey from the start and I will cherish all these memories for my whole life. Many exams and assignments later on this wild ride and I’m glad to say that after finishing my A-Levels with a CDE, I’ve graduated from The University of Central Lancashire with a First in Pharmacy (15/07/2019). When I thought that all was lost, God opened a new door and showed me a different path to achieve this goal and I am forever thankful. In the next year, I’ll be completing my Pre-registration training so I can do the Pre-reg exam and become a fully qualified pharmacist. The hard work is not over and I’m so so sooo looking forward to what God has in store for me. #uclangraduates #itsbeenagreatfiveyears #ontothenextstep #LegalDrugDealersOfTheFuture #ThankYouGod #ThankYouUCLan #YouTookMeWhenNoOneElseWould #PraiseBeToGodAlmighty (at University of Central Lancashire (UCLan)) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bz-SXLBjtxh/?igshid=m7nc48oeemrd
