"OVERTHINK"

Swiss artist Onur Dinc has tried his hand a several artistic endeavors, serving apprenticeships as painter and as set painter, and working for a time in graphic design before returning to the theater setting. Capitalizing on his experience painting large-scale scenery Onur started painting on urban walls, and his preferred subjects are people and animals detached from their surroundings and displaying the fundamental feelings of existence. For the 4th edition of @RichmondMuralProject1 in 2015 Onur returned to Richmond, Virginia, and painted this work on S Lombardy St at W Main, on the side of Artemis Gallery. I remember when I rolled up on this @wes21_schwarzmaler and @onurpainting #streetartcollaboration in #RichmondVA, it was such a sight to see #IRL! I flicked this wall in 2015, it was painted in 2014, and I’ve heard from @jfactagram that it’s still looking good in 2020! I wish I had a better wide angle lens back then but what are you gonna do?
