When the original oratory speech you wrote on Gen Z mental health is 16 minutes but it can only be 10, and so now you have to cut out half of your hard work and research and pretty wording:

(For context of it goes over by more than 30 seconds, I loose a ranking 😭... so even if i would have gotten first, I would get second, etc.)
