Marie Antoineigh is just about the biggest fan of all things French-rococo-princess you could ever meet! She’s all about the ostentatious glamour, opulence and elegance, and she tries to live her life according to one simple truth: WWMD? (What would Marie do?) Sure, Ponyland didn’t have an analogous comparison to Marie Antoinette, and sure, the whole cake thing was more apocryphal; that won’t stop Marie from living out her French fantasy! Small Luna! And an accurately colored Luna (unlike Hasbro, they always make her bright purple. I like purple but I want an accurate princess moon-butt!) Originally a Twilight Sparkle, now a small Luna. Brushed yarn re-root, repainted in acrylic paint, sealed in DuraClear varnish.

Okay, we are back to Marie Antoineigh posting! Rapunzel who? 🤣 I originally wanted to make Marie’s symbol a tiara and some cake, but when I searched for portraits of Marie Antoinette in a crown, I didn’t see any. But I did find her wearing this beautiful headpiece with a feather! I’ve posted so many photos of Marie Antoineigh, you probably forgot I actually made two entries for the @thedollplanethair rehairing contest! 🤣 Isomalt was actually my first entry! The entries didn’t strictly have to be customs, and so my earliest idea was to make two Pinkie Pie rehairs, very simple, with the fluffy and the s-curl hair types, to show two different ideas of how an animated Pinkie Pie might translate to a real-world toy. But then I thought, oh, let’s push ourselves a little... everyone keeps saying this brown pony looks like chocolate, and brown and pink go great together! Guess I forgot to post my porg pony on here.  Why a porg pony? Well, why not? I don't think porgs and ponies are supposed to be mixed but oh well I did it anyways. made with a G4 pony, sculpey, acrylic paints, and DuraClear varnish. The wings came from another pony and were glued on.

Derpy is best princess. I ended up with an extra Funko Derpy that was a little scuffed up around the eyes. Since I really loved the Funko pony sculpts I knew I had to do something with her. I used some old Apoxie sculpt to give her a horn. The fashion-style seaponies came with little purses (why would a seapony need a purse? Then agin Hasbro thinks ponies need shoes -_-) and I had a few of those that were cast in blue plastic. The purses had little bubble/pearl/spheres-attached-to-each-other straps so I just cut all of the little spheres off and made a bubble crown with them. I gave her mane and tail a slight ombre effect, then coated them with a few layers of yellow glitter paint and some Americana pearlizing medium (basically adds sparkle to whatever) so her hair has a nice little sparkle to it to add her her princess-ness. Her whole body, eyes, and cutie mark were repainted in the usual acrylics, and sealed with DuraClear varnishes. Her horn and wings also got a bit of pearlizing medium because princesses must sparkle!

No reason for creating these ones. Neither have names either. Really I just had extra hair that I wanted to use. The icy pony has a blend of Daiquiri Ice, Arctic Frost, and Virgin Snow. Fire pony is a blend of Sugarberry, Firebird, and Sunset. All hair is from Dollyhair.com Repainted in acrylic paints, some glitter paint, Americana pearlizing medium, and sealed in DuraClear varnish.
