Happy Trans Day of Visibility! 🏳️‍⚧️

Since we got top surgery six and a half months ago we've been facing a lot of harsh realities that didn't hit as hard before starting our physical transition.

A big one has been being told to hide our body because "it makes people uncomfortable", because "it is political" and because "it is doomed to produce disgust".

And our response has been to be even more shirtless than before. each. day.

We love our body and we feel more at home than fucking ever before.

We feel utter joy when we're stretching in the morning, when we're getting dressed and undressed in front of the mirror, when we're exercising, when we go out and feel the rain and the sun and the wind in our bare chest and back.

Our body is fucking beautiful. We're happy and comfortable. And we didn't go through it (the surgery) to behave as if we hadn't.

So, happy trans joy to all our fellow trans queers and lets share it with the world, even if it doesn't want it.
