I'm aware that this isn't an anime/manga blog, but whatever: I just read the final volume of this series which I've been following for many years now. And I loved it from the beginning to the very end...still can't believe it's over. Truly one of my favourite manga series ever.

I knew that the ōoku anime was gonna bring out some brain dead takes from a certain type of anime watchers but I ended up arguing with a dude who couldn't understand the point of an anime with a Shogun but "no sword fighting in it".
