my back pain keeps flaring up at night and OH MY FUCKING GOD IT BURNS I can barely sleep anymore because of how bad it hurts. I REALLY don't want to overexaggerate but OMFG. And whenever my back pain flares up my hand pain flares up so typing this is a struggle in itself
