Band practice recorded July 14th 2011. This was only our second practice in over 6 years and was pre Out of Spite XI at Leeds. (Unfortunately the camera ran out of memory at the actual gig)

Just done my first practice session stood up.

I think I should have maybe started doing this earlier because after six years of only playing at home it seems that my back and calves are resistant to change...
