I was inspired by the up coming MLP:FiM comic cover (Now present comic as the issues have been released) and in that cover you can see some unique creatures, two of which are very watery pony's I presume are the kelpies that had been mentioned in a summary for this adventure with Zecora in her homeland so seeming those creatures made me think of certain Pyro cosmetic's and well things went from there so introducing  Oozessan (Sounds similar to Susan)

Race: Ooze Kelpie? A kelpie experimented on by Dr. Second Opinion, there body now so toxic and polluted that they tend to work alone as most other teammates aren't capable of being near them for very long. Their flamethrower has been replaced with a a device that spews out noxious gas, that poisons any creature who has the misfortune of breathing it in. There usual tactics is to spray there victim with the poison gas, let them escape and watch from a distance as they slowly die from the poison.....if they are not able to get to a Medic in time. Another side effect of the poison is that it slows down the victim, so usually other Scream Fortress members may decide to pick off Ozzessan victims for easy kills.
