If it is Black Beard that will do this, then it would be my bet that his commander Pizarro will use the Shima Shima no Mi to "awaken" the Redline.

This makes sense because Blackbeard has the power of destruction (Whitebeard Fruit) and the power of control and absorption (Dark Fruit).

Another little detail, the serpent in the mural is covered in X marks, like Reverse Mountain forming an X on the Red Line.
