There are so many things I love about this whole page:
1) Donflamingo sitting like a motherfucking badass.
2) Luffy with his arms crossed.
3) Bellamy on the ground.
4) Donflamingo being a sassy little bitch on the bottom right corner.
5) Law using a formal word to agree with Luffy’s usual line.

One of the few times Usopp actually impressed me. I loved how serious he got. No jokes, didn't even acted like a scaredy-cat. You were a God here, right here.

And this is also very cute and very strong. Luffy is his best friend and although, people might say that Zoro is Luffy's bff, Luffy and Usopp's friendship is really really strong. They both love each other too much, even with Usopp’s slip ups in the past.

Once again, a wonderful chapter from Oda. However, I wanted to take a moment to answer a question I've seen pop up in several posts.
People are wondering why Law isn't reacting to Sugar in the below panel:
I'm going to assume that, although it hasn't been officially mentioned (YOU CAN GIVE US LAW'S FLASHBACK ANY TIME NOW, ODA), Sugar probably joined Doffy's crew within the 3 year time span between Law leaving and Doffy taking over Dressrosa.
We know that Sugar was there 10 years ago, since she was shown with the rest of the Donquixote family as they pranced into the palace:
We also know that Doffy killed Corazon 13 years ago, and that is what started Law on his long road of revenge.
Now, while many members of the family mention knowing Law or having met him, Sugar (to my recollection) never gives any indication that she is familiar with Law. If she did join Doflamingo after Law left, it couldn't have been a large window of time between Law leaving and Sugar joining Doflamingo. I say this because Dellinger, despite being so young at the time of Dressrosa's takeover, recognizes Law and calls him "Law-Nii."
Taking everyone's ages and what history we know into account, it's fair to say that Law never knew of Sugar or her powers. Apparently he didn't know much of anything about Dressrosa, as shown here:
Law has never visited Dressrosa, so he knows diddly squat about what's going on. He even tells Doflamingo as much during his interrogation:
So, there you have it.
TL;DR
Law left the Donquixote family before Sugar joined and had no opportunity to learn about her before the events of Dressrosa. I believe this because of reasons.
