Uta and Buggy definitely take up all the bathroom time every morning to get ready. Not to mention there are lots of beauty products everywhere. I think Buggy would have them neatly organized. Compared to Shanks, I'd say he is much more tidy. Uta took after Shanks in being messy tho, so her side of the sink is always a mess, and since she likely steals some of Buggy's things, his side would not be tidy for long. Regardless, I don't think Shanks minds the time they spend in the bathroom anyway. He gets up, splashes some water on his face, brushes his teeth, maybe showers in like 3 minutes, who knows, and he's ready to go. In fact, compared to how quickly Shanks gets ready, all the time they spend doing so might even give him an extra hour of sleep which he is very much grateful for.
