So I went out for lunch today with a potential investor for the Rockpool who wants to expand the business, and I specifically asked if there were peanuts in a certain dish as I’m deathly allergic. I clearly should have specified that even using utensils that have come into contact with them and not been washed properly can be a problem because I’m now sitting in the ED after having an anaphylactic reaction to them. Thank God for EpiPens and the nurse sitting at the table next to ours.
