Something you probably don’t know is that a few months ago, I created an AU where I changed Opaline’s origin. I hadn’t mentioned it until now because I wanted to introduce the characters first, but I still haven’t designed one of them, though I’ll probably skip giving them a formal introduction since their role in the story is pretty minor.
I was feeling down, and even though I don't really like doing vent art, I saw it as a chance to illustrate a moment from this AU’s story. You can probably guess what’s going on just from that XD.
I went a bit experimental this time, since I really didn’t want to draw something that looked ‘cute.’ I’m not sure if I’ll do something like this again, but at least I gave it a shot.
