Can anyone explain to me what the OPEN (online protection and enforcement of digital trade) act is about, because it sounds fine when you first read it, but a lot of people who are opposing it opposed PIPA, SOPA, and ACTA. So I just have this feeling that it's not as good as it seems... is it?
