Mark was born with a fighting spirit, but a kind heart, a rare combination. He was poised to take his fathers footsteps, the owner of the biggest land development company in the city.  As a tween he had been visiting one of his fathers construction sites, he befriended a fae girl and was horrified to learn that her had been displaced, the land stolen from them. This left a lasting impression on him. He refused to take after his father and now he works underground, finding those with magic who are hiding under the radar and tries to teach them how to assimilate into the human realm without being detected. He shows them how to act, how to talk, how to dress, and even helps to clip their ears or other things to modify their appearance. It’s not ideal, but for now it’s the only way to keep them safe.

Luas doesn’t believe in much in life, but he does believe in doing what is right. As a Giant, he knew he would always be used for labour- however he never saw how his strength and charisma would get him ahead in the game, he soared past basic labour work and quickly became one of the lower ranking in the military. His job is simple:make sure those of magical blood remain in their places, kill lower classes on site and stop any kind of uprising. But, it’s hard when he’s fighting his own kind. Part of him wants to walk away, return back to basic labour...But another part of him knows this is the best chance he has of a normal life. Choices are hard when they include throwing away your own individuality.

Gilderoy Dauterive

Weapons: his charisma 

Gilderoy is a classic rags to riches story. He was born into an easy, but poor life. His family were mostly farmers and when a group of other races came through town and slaughtered his family he vowed revenge. His is delightfully charismatic and can come off as kind, though his tone is always condescending. He is not fond of other races and is very much in the humans are superior category. He follows the Dark Ones, ancient gods of terror and darkness.
