Notice: Brand New Starters

Since we are still new, we're still learning, growing, and adapting.

Because we are avid RP'ers, ourselves, we realize that starters with notes are less likely to receive responses (even if the notes are just Likes). If we receive a starter that has 0 notes, instead of reblogging it we'll repost it with a link that, when clicked, will reblog directly from your original post. That way your fresh starter might get more attention.

We'll also refrain from Liking new starters with 0 notes, unless the starter is a few days old (and probably pushed back several pages on your blog). 

However, starters that already have 1+ notes will be reblogged as usual.

This is just a notice in case you're wondering why we repost new starters instead of reblogging!

PSA; Open Starters

It's pretty common for roleplayers to write an open starter for new followers, in order to initiate some interaction. However, some people don't write new follower starters because they can die pretty quickly -- and that's a very valid point!

However, don't discredit the benefits of writing and responding to open starters, no matter how small. Even if the thread is doomed to die, any form of interaction between muses will give you an indication of how well they'll get along -- and even how well the muns get along.

Responding to something can be a pathway to bigger, more exciting plots in the future. If your muses have great chemistry but the thread is dull, you start another one with a fresh idea! And even if it doesn't work out, there's always another open starter waiting for you somewhere!

Muse A recently moved into a new town, where they begin working at a popular cafe (club, bar, etc). Muse B is a long-time veteran of the establishment and welcomes Muse A... by making up a series of rules and guidelines, that are not true (ie. "Veterans eat for free!"). Does Muse A buy it?
