Proyecto para la remodelación total de dos plazas adyacentes mediante la reutilización y reciclaje de las infraestructuras existentes destinadas al tráfico rodado tales como el gran aparcamiento ubicado en el lugar de la antigua Ópera y los pasos elevados para vehículos. Se plantea pues la construcción de una zona para zoco, vaciado del aparcamiento para conversión en espacio público en altura, zona de graderío multiusos para retransmisión de óperas y espectáculos musicales, y adaptación del paso elevado en parque lineal urbano

Project for global redesigning of two nearby squares recycling two existing infrastructures for cars and traffic: the huge parking building located at the old Opera Palace site, and the flyovers next to it. This proposal comprehends a zone for a souk, the emptying of the parking lot in order to transform it into a high public space, an area with multipurpose stands for retransmission of operas and music shows, and the conversion of the flyovers into a lineal urban park.
