Ejercicio rápido que propone tres opciones guía distintas para que las autoridades municipales de la ciudad de Guasave puedan plantear una apertura de la ciudad al río, aprovechando al máximo las preexistencias, y siendo respetuoso con la escala física y social del barrio en el que se insertan. - Opción 1. Fachada Fluvial: Al norte aprovecha el campo de fútbol existente para convertirlo en un espacio para eventos y el contacto del ámbito con la ciudad se resuelve mediante un área arbolada que sirve de aparcamiento en superficie. En su parte central se construye un recinto para ferias comerciales, y al sur un nuevo edificio terciario crea varias plazas volcadas al río asociadas a un área de restauración. - Opción 2. Puente: La solución al norte es idéntica a la anterior. En su zona central se desarrolla un área comercial cubierta y descubierta con comercios y restaurantes dispersos que, en algunos casos, se vuelcan al río. Al sur, el edificio para ferias cruza el río a modo de puente múltiple, uniendo la ciudad con sus huertos. - Opción 3. Escaparate: Con un esquema inverso a las opciones anteriores, se aprovecha la carretera principal para construir el edificio comercial, mientras que la zona deportiva y de recreo se ubica en el extremo sur, conectándose a las huertas mediante un puente y un mirador.

Quick proposal exercise that means to guide the city authorities of Guasave to join the river and the town seazing all the existent buildings, and being respectful with the physical and social scale of the neighbourhood. - Option 1. River Façade: It transforms, at northern side, the football field into a show field, solving the contact with the city using a tree area as a surface parking lot. At the centre is located the new trade fair building and, at the southern side, another new building will open a few squares related to the rivershore and som restaurants. - Option 2: Bridge: The northern side is like the one of Option 1. At the centre an indoor commercial centre mixes itself with an outer commercial and restaurant area that, in certain points, contacts the river. At southern side the trade fair building crosses multiple times the river in the shape of a bridge that joins the city with the fields. - Option 3. Showroom: It builds the commercial building next to the main access road at the north, while the recreational and sport area lays at the southern side, connecting the intervention area with the fields with a bridge and a viewpoint.
