A customer of ours sold us a newer Dell laptop. It had Windows 7 on it but his son did not want it anymore. We wiped the drive and re-installed the operating system. I installed all of the missing drivers and the 120 necessary updates. The computer is now wiped clean and is like new.

A customer brought in a computer that would not allow them to go past the boot screen. It threw up an error every boot. When I saw the error and did a little research, I found out that the operating system was corrupt. I had to re-install the operating system then the computer ran like brand new.
