Friday Morning Thoughts: Just a few years ago, the thought of working out made me incredibly miserable. I dreaded working out. I was about 35lbs heavier and to be honest, I hated my body. I had no interest in being active or really moving unless I had to. I was stuck in a terrible rut health/fitness wise and I felt awful. . . . Fast forward to now, my day feels off if I don’t workout lol I love being active and I absolutely love lifting weights. I gave Crossfit a try for a couple of years back in 2013, but I wasn’t as into weight lifting as I am now. . . . I’ve been going to @crossfit_spot 4x a week for the past three weeks and I’m in love y’all 😍 When I’m here it’s like a vacation away from everything else going on in life. I would seriously go 6 Days a week if I had the time. Since I moved to New York my workout schedule has been sporadic and inconsistent. So far (3 weeks in), this definitely feels like something I’ll stick with. So if I’m not at #AMDA, this is where you’ll find me lol 😂 . . . A Few of my 2018 Fitness Goals: -10 Unassisted Pull Ups (unbroken) -Handstand Push Ups (& a Handstand. Guess I better get that 1st lol) -Back Squat PR of 250lbs (PR: 205 // Currently @ 175lbs, working my way back up to my old PR 1st) -Increased Mobility and Flexibility in Hips Weight Loss: I’d love to drop 10-15lbs.
