I do my best to remind myself that my fitness journey is just that - a journey, not a destination. Although I've yet to achieve my goal weight, I'm incredibly proud of my recent PRs: -3 Rep Max for Squats: 200lbs -5 Unassisted Pull Ups -5 Push Ups with a Clap ______________________________________ When I first started my fitness journey, I couldn't do ANY of those things. Going to the gym used to be a struggle, now it's fun 😁Consistency really does make a difference! Your body will adapt. You will get stronger! Trust me.
