Lavender, Silk Sheets, Pocketwatch, Typewriter
Lavender (something that relaxes me): the three “C"s… coffee, chocolate, and comics.
Silk sheets (ways that I treat or spoil myself): definitely my coffee. If it isn’t my Starbucks, I buy expensive coffee pods from Hiline Coffee because their coconut coffee is amazeballs. But not cheap. When I have a stressful day and I just decide to fuck it and treat myself I’ll go into my favorite used book store in the Castro and buy a random book. My last one was about the history of chickens!
Pocket watch (immortal or long life span): if there’s anything we learn from Wolverine and the Tolkien elves is that eventually the world goes to shit and the you’d really rather move onto the afterlife. So long life, not immortality.
