When you make headdresses, do the forms stay with the finished product or are you able to reuse them? Your work is fascinating.

That depends on the style of headdress. For the taxidermy ones, the forms obviously stay with the pelt. For traditional hallow headdresses, the form just gives the pelt its shape and remains re-usable for a long while. :)
