Weight 285
Well, my weight went down to 285. This high weight is still concerning as around Halloween I was 268. 20 pounds considering I have still been fairly active, and made it through the holidays with veggie heavy dishes that mimicked the real things.
That being said, I have been doing somewhere between 45 min to 2 hours of exercise a day since Jan 1. I know I have a sitdown job, but I have literally been spending all my free time exercising.
Yesterday I did a 2 mile walk and a 1 hour bike ride. In addition to walking the dogs. I try to make it enjoyable but everytime I sit on the bike, all I see if how big my belly has gotten. But then I tell myself that it is nonsense to continue feeling bad about where I am, when I am obviously working hard to make strides to fix that.
I lost a significant amount of weight in 2010. All I remember doing was using the bike when I wanted to watch movies. I will have to see if I can find a journal with more detail.
It is not an easy thing being on the bike that long, even with padded bike shorts.
I made a "healthy" beef stew last night, subbing in lower carb rutabaga & radishes for potatoes. Made a couple ready meals, which will hopefully reduce my food stress this week.
The bad thing with stews tho is that they are hard to track properly. I think I might need to add more meat. Idk.
I am still working on my challenges. Am super excited for a long weekend, I am tired of work.
A keto snack box came in, so that is awesome. But then I went ham on some snacks unnecessarily. I need to go to the store, as I am running out of some things.... but I am too focused on getting the exercise in and avoiding the liquor stores.
My carbs were high but my calories were on point so I am not fretting. I may start to add in some more weighted workouts. Idk, we will see.
