Aphrodite: what you find attractive in a person
kindness, empathy, intelligence, genuine passion, a sense of humour … on a more superficial note, i’m a sucker for guys who smell good and have nice arms.
Apollo: favourite piece of music
i’m torn between two (clichéd) pieces by romantic composers - either arabesque no. 1 by debussy or waltz of the flowers by tchaikovsky
there are very few wars i agree with in principle, and the sheer number of war crimes just seems to prove that unforgivable conduct and war go hand-in-hand. in short, i don’t think jus ad bellum ever truly outweighs jus in bello.
Artemis: favourite animal and why
i’m not a huge animal person, but i do like cats and i’m sure i’ll eventually get one as a pet to complete my ‘premature spinster’ aesthetic.
Athena: share a piece of wisdom
i’m having the biggest mental block trying to answer this - i’ll go with an old cliché that really bears repeating because as a rule it’s surprisingly hard to follow: never look for happiness in the same place you lost it.
