Earlier this year we spent a few days in a city we’ve always enjoyed 👉🏼 Vancouver, British Columbia. We met and filmed a haircut video with the very awesome @streetthugjosh at @victorygastown. Josh along with @coolerthanelvis are the original founders of the @streetthugbarbers. You will find the #StreetThugBarbers every Sunday in #OppenheimerPark giving free haircuts to the homeless and low-income community. We are very thankful we got to spend an incredible Sunday morning in Oppenheimer Park in the Downtown Eastside community. While waiting for a haircut, a lot of people took time to share their stories with us. Stories about life, family, relationships, and where they grew up. Although so many have experienced pain and tragedy, we were also able to share some jokes and laughter. Little did we know that the people we met on this day would steal our hearts 💕 What always stays with us on this journey is the people we have met and the meaningful connections made.
