Is this cheesy? YES. Is it true? I'd like to think so. It's so easy to compare your own life with the peers around you. Someone just got a promotion, another bought a new car, others getting engaged to the love of their life... The FOMO is SO real! Life isn't linear, you can have kids and go back to college. Get married in your late 20's/early 30's (cue inside joke about expiry dates). Or maybe you're trying to get employed but it's taking you much longer than everyone else... Whatever your own aspirations in life, this clock is merely illustrating that time hasn't run out just yet, even though it feels like it has. The only thing in the way between you and what you want in life is persistence and determination. If you give up, how will you get there? But if you keep going you'll slowly, but surely, push the clock hands towards your goal and your time will come. Eventually. Please, feel free to comment your own views on this topic. P.s. I'm not talking as someone who has my life together. On the contrary, I'm just as stuck and dealing with FOMO as much as everybody else.
