I added pool noodles to the ladder steps for better traction. They are secured with a snug fit and double-sided tape typically used to protect furniture from cat scratches. I'm such a smart cookie.

One of the benefits of having moderate self-worth is that you have more proud moments when you do something clever or cool. This outcome can be created by an optimistic personality combined with clinical depression.
