Not-So-Scary Older Brothers || Bastien, Milly & Jude
"Hey Bastien! You can put me down now. I feel a lot better," Coronamon said cheerfully. Actually, he had felt better awhile ago, but he had wanted to see how long Bastien would be willing to carry him. Apparently it was until he asked to be put down. Bastien really was a lot nicer than he acted.
Sébastien sighed and crouched down to let Coronamon get off. It was about time. He'd been carrying this digimon for at least five hours, and he was a lot heavier than he looked. Especially when you had to carry him for that long. "You know, Palmon could still walk after she fought."
"I could have walked, too! I just used my really strong attack! Those Gazimon went down really fast because of it," Coronamon argued. Not that he was trying to say Palmon was weak. But she definitely wasn't stronger than him!
"Right. Well, don't use it too often. You're heavy, and it's uncomfortable carrying you around in this heat." He actually had a pretty high tolerance for heat, so it had been mostly bearable. But even he had found it a little unpleasant. Not as unpleasant as the cold, though. He despised being cold, which was a problem considering he lived in Canada.
Coronamon nodded and skipped ahead of the group. "Okay! I wooon't!"
"And don't go too far ahead either! I'm not going to run to catch up with you," Sébastien called after his digimon, followed by a sigh. He really need a nap. Or a vacation. But something told him that he was not going to be getting a vacation from this place any time soon.
Coronamon was about to yell back a reply, but he paused when he saw a boy with a Kudamon up ahead. He tilted his head as he looked at them, giggling when he noticed that this person's expression was a lot like Bastien's. Well, might as well say hello. "Hello over there," he greeted, before turning his head to call back to the others. "Hey, I found another person up here!"
Just great, more people. Sébastien sighed and shook his head. Well, he wasn't about to walk faster to catch up. Whoever they were, they could wait.
