I do understand his term meeting at a distance or being "telepresent." Isn't that sort of the idea of Skype? Where you are meeting with someone but you are in seperate places? I don't know. This is pretty heavy. Optoelectrics? I t sounds like a type of lasic surgery machine and the description sounds like Terminator. Bodies are being transferred one by one to machines???? I'm starting to become scared of the world. What is happening??
