the only tvd ending i was happy with was elena’s. i grew to hate her character by the time she left but i know the love triangle did that to her (she was a 17 yo girl for fucks sake) and deep down her intentions were good, and no matter how badly she was written she lost A LOT. and she deserved to be reunited with her family. the only time i cried happy tears in the finale was when she found peace because hers was the only ending that was organic and made sense and it was so POWERFUL and beautiful and she deserved finding jenna and her parents and john after a happy life
