constant statements and implications that whatevers been happening has been going on for eons, generations upon generations, history worn away to nothing from how long has passed

For HK this was Ogrim, for Silksong, it's the Green Prince. They're my favorite part of trying to figure out literally any reasonable timeline of events for these games.

here is myyyyy jenny and jelly, ive always assumed they were like two middle aged ladies who hung out and gossiped together to me but i never thought abt the friends w benefits thing tbh, its totally possible though these kitty cats r FREAKY!!!

one big headcanon ive always had specifically for jenny was like, before moving on to training mice and roaches she was a previous jellicle protector/fighter type and probably taught munkustrap what he knows, i think it adds to the old gumbie cat as well bcuz hes singing abt his mentor!! the lady who taught him all he knows!!

i definitely think jelly and jenny have had a looooong friendship and frequently look back on their youth, probably telling stories to younger cats and kittens and a lot of them are crazy like “oh jenny my dear remember those days youd beat every tom in the scrapyard in an arm wrestle?” and jenny just giggles and is like “my…. that was so long ago ^^;”

i think personally if jenny is physical damage, jellylorum is psychological damage bcuz she’d be one of those aunties that r good at finding the best words to make you feel the worst sometimes but she has good intentions and tends to use it for good esp w jenny keeping her in check so like,,, power duo!!

Idk who seriously needs to hear this but having an interest in something or literally ANYTHING is no fucking inclination to where you stand in politics.

I'm just a dude who enjoys a piece of literature.

We read so much into things these days and develop some sort of "idea" of how we THINK things are. Reading between the lines is a great skill to have. It's even more unique when you actually know when you should or shouldn't need to do it. I truly believe this is really one of those articles just to try and pit people against each other to push their agenda.

You are not my enemy because we have different beliefs.

You are not my friend just because we share common beliefs.

Can we understand one another?

Can we respect one another?

Is it more important to convince each other of our points of view or more important to understand one another?

Some beliefs can be objective and have a straightforward black & white concept, but 97.4% of the bullshit talked about on the internet is completely grey and simply subjective and most really don't understand that or don't want/care to.

Have your own belief without the influence of social media, family, friends, or worrying about the status of how others view you. Get a grip. Most people do want to be the "good person in their story". Some are misled or just confused, so they follow the majority.

Be original and unique, but not because it's "trendy" or gives you a "social status" because that is not your authetic self. It's more so to not be afraid of thinking differently than others "when the time comes," and it will actually matter.
