Do any of y'all know how distressing it is to be hit with phantom sensations and longing melancholy nostalgia for limbs and pieces that you have never had on your body? How confusing it is to feel muscles flex and move in what feels like a familiar way but the thing you're trying to move just isn't there? I legit had a moment of mild panic today because I abruptly realized I don't have a snout and my first thought was "where did it go?" My back spasmed on and off for like? Three hours? Trying to stretch wings that this human body has never had, and it felt natural until those wings didn't react.

I have never felt dysmorphia like this and it is Unpleasant
