Fun Nesrin facts!
🩷She hates the color blue! It reminds her of her old cult days. Her husband also used to have bright blue eyes and she really doesn’t fuck blue eyed people.
🩷She used to have a husband and kids. Being the Oracle of her cult, a natural “motherly” role was assigned to her, later on she grew to despise the feeling of constantly being used for something and dehumanized. She used to find comfort in giving people “enlightenment” but after the revelation with the mage and learning the nature of her curse, she had the craziest crash-out leading her to kill(?) her own cult.
🩷Nesrin was one of the few people in her cult who could read/write. To rehearse divine poetry and read, you simply had to know to read the texts. She did not speak Eridian, only after running away from the cult did she manage to start learning another language. Opeli taught her in her 2 years of travel to Eridia, yet she still struggles to understand some things Leander and Vere says.
🩷After running away from her cult, Nesrin took the role of a hunter. Offering her services to help people to make up for the people she hurt by cursing.
🩷She still loves children very much! She probably would even adopt a child, but her current mental state doesn’t allow her to take care of someone other than herself. That doesnt keep her from always coming to check up on Princess though <3
🩷Opeli and Nesrin go way back. It was by pure coincidence that Nesrin had found something of Opeli’s. From that point on, Opeli could appear in her dreams and tell her where to go. It was one of the main reasons why she came to Eridia: to meet a friend and seek refuge from the ruthless world. So far, Opeli is the closest and realest person to her and she treats her nothing less than human.
